EXISTING CUSTOMERS
If you already had an account setup in the old system, we most likely imported it into the new system (we will have missed a few, so please bear with us). Your account name is firstname.lastname (where firstname is your first name and last name is your last name.) The password for all of the accounts we imported has been set to "tgk".
We recommend that the first thing you do in the new system is go to your account by selecting "My Account" from the green menu bar. Once there, select "Edit Customer Details.' Please check all of the information including phone number and zip code. While there, you can change your username and password, if you like, as well as anything else.
If you would like to place an order, select "Place New Order" and you are on your way. Ordering is a three step process: (1) select a session; (2) choose your entrées; and (3) provide payment information. Note: In Step 2 of the process, please make sure to select your package size in the green box on the left.
If you do not have an account (even though you think you should), we apologize. Please begin your order by selecting "Calendar" from the green menu bar or the "Get Started" button on the home page. You will be asked to setup your account at the end of the ordering process. LOGIN TO OUR WEBSITE
If this is your first time and you have not previously ordered from THE GATHERING KITCHEN, don’t worry. You can browse around the site as much as you like before committing to anything. Take a look at our entrées and our schedule. If you decide to signup for a session or pickup, you can create an account when you enter your order or not. Your choice.
GETTING STARTED
You can start the ordering process by selecting the "Get Started" button on the Home Page or selecting "Calendar" from the green menu bar. Ordering is a three step process: (1) select a session; (2) choose your entrées; and (3) provide payment information (you can setup an account or not).
SELECT A SESSION
Select a session or pickup time that works for you. Come solo or invite a friend to “cook” with you. Remember, you must sign up 72 hours in advance of a session.
CHOOSE YOUR ENTRÉES
Choose a package of six, nine or twelve entrées to make or have made for you. Purchase a gift certificate, or two. Have us assemble a gift package of three entrées for a friend. (If you wish to terminate the ordering process before the order is accepted, simply select "log off" under the green menu bar or exit from the site.)
COME TO OUR KITCHEN
Show up on the date you selected at the time you specified to assemble or pickup your entrées. If you are assembling your entrées, plan to spend an enjoyable 1-2 hours (depending on the number of entrées chosen) in the “kitchen” preparing your selections while visiting with old friends and new. Make sure to bring a cooler or laundry basket in which to carry your entrées home.
