Kim, co-owner of the Make and Take Kitchen in Norwell, MA, is a burger maven. This is her signature burger. Onions, garlic, brown sugar, breadcrumbs, and Cajun seasoning are combined with 90/10 ground beef. Just in time for Memorial Day (buns provided).
